Our
responsibility is to give our employees an excellent knowledge in accounts and
tax related matters that will enhance their ability to deliver quality business
advice as we groom them for promotion to become our senior managers and
partners of the future.
Consequently, a high level of importance is placed on
staff training and development. We invest heavily in both time and resources to
ensure that all staff gain the latest technical and practical knowledge needed
to serve clients well. In fact, if you look at the number of graduate recruits
which Barnes Roffe employ, we approach the number normally associated with a
top 20 practice. Indeed, our commitment to training has paid dividends over the
years and currently more than half the partners at the firm joined us initially
as graduate recruits.

Not
only do we believe that training our staff is important, we also believe that
educating our clients is an important aspect of our business.
As
part of our on-going commitment to client care and development, Barnes Roffe
holds educational seminars, both at our offices and at conference venues and
also jointly with other professional firms. In addition to these, an electronic
news tip is sent to clients twice a month with up to the minute advice on how
to save tax or increase business efficiency.
