Progressive Outlook
We
have recently opened an office in India where routine data processing is
undertaken. We have moved this type of work away from our UK base enabling our
staff here to deal with more interesting complex technical issues and not spend
valuable time undertaking the more mundane side of audit work.
We
also have an in-house IT department which is on hand to deal immediately with
any IT issues which may occur. This is an important benefit to our audit and
tax staff ensuring that they do not need to deal with IT in addition to their
normal work. As we have all experienced, IT issues can be time-consuming and
frustrating, especially when we have more direct responsibilities we need to
concentrate on!

Roffe prides itself on providing a friendly and pleasant environment in which
to work. Our staff matter to us on both a business and personal level. We
recognise that positive inter-staff relations are important and we frequently
organise social events to which all staff are invited, the highlight of which
is the Summer Ball where staff and partners from all four offices get together
for a great night out.
We
realise that our staff have a life away from the office and the partners within
the firm are approachable, with an understanding attitude toward family life
and commitments.
