Companies House “Notice of overdue accounts”
Based on recent correspondence, it would appear that Companies House’s automated notice letters are being sent slightly prematurely. We have had numerous incidences whereby a client company has received a “Notice of overdue accounts” letter, even though accounts have been filed before the filing due date.
