Despite the economic uncertainty surrounding Brexit, we have witnessed over the past couple of years a continued appetite for business acquisitions, including from larger corporates looking to “bolt on” existing businesses to expand their offering in specific areas / sectors.
For most business owners, a sale will be a once in a lifetime event, and so if you are considering any form of corporate transaction, it will pay to be well versed in the methodologies by which businesses are valued, marketed and sold.
The seminar will be presented by Nick Bartlett, who joined the firm 14 years ago as a trainee, is an experienced member of our management team and has worked on a number of recent business valuations and sales. The seminar is aimed at giving you the basic tools to consider what your business is worth, and how you might go about realising that value.
